Many cable installation contractors are now making use of DOOWIN SeaSerpent systems of continuous support. There are occasions when projects parameters or vessel limitations mean that the most efficient, or indeed the only way to install buoyancy onto the cable will be to fit individual units from a workboat once the cable has exited the stern of the barge.
To satisfy this demand, we developed the system of cable floats, offering up to 600kg in buoyancy. There are two types products, both manufactured with heavy duty high quality PVC coating fabric material.

1. Q: How long is the warranty period?
A: The warranty period is 12 months or 18 months from the shipping date.
2. Q: Do you provide rent service, contract service?
A: We have many water bags and air lift bags ready for rent service for clients all over the world.
We have ability to design and can contract the load testing project, with our own water bags and workers.
3. Q: What is the production standard and safety factor?
A: All underwater air lift bags are manufactured in compliance with IMCA D016, safety factor is 5:1.
All crane load test water bags are manufactured in compliance with LEEA051, safety factor is 6:1.
4. Q: Do you have stock?
A: We have many normal size underwater air lift bags and load test water bags in stock. Ready for shipment.
5. Q: What kind of certificate do you provide?
A: Our load test water bags are Type Certificated by TUV NEL. We can provice ABS, BV, LR third party certificate.
Provide the certificate for masterlink, shackles, lifting belts and other accessories.

These air lifting bags can be used for the pipeline laying work too as inflatable buoyancy units. The buoyancy capacity of our air lift bags is from 50kg to 50ton.
DOOWIN proof load test water bags include crane test water weight bags, low headroom load test water bags, platform proof load test bags, lifeboat test weight bags, gangway test waterload bags. The crane load water weight testing bags capacity is from 1ton to 100ton. The lifeboat water weight bags have 100kg, 375kg, 400kg, 600kg. All proof load test water weight bags are supplied with its accessories, ready for use. The wireless load cell will be supplied upon request.
DOOWIN liquid containment includes pillow type water tank, bulk storage pillow tank, fuel bladder, liquid transport bladder, conservator bladders and other special design flexible tank bladders.
DOOWIN also make the lower pressure inflatable PVC fenders used for the small boats and yachts. Marker buoys used for the sailing racing. DOOWIN inflatable pipe plugs are flow stoppers for temporary close off or seal an opening. Our inflatable pipe plug/stoppers are very suitable for use in pipeline, ducts and tunnels with construction, inspection, repairs, cleaning, and repair.
